We are happy to announce our new Brinjal Pickle! It joins the Scotch Bonnet & Garlic Naga Pickle family.
A thick and chunky Indian classic filled to the brim with softened slices of mellow aubergine. The perfect carrier for its intense spices and the gentle warmth of mild Kashmiri chillies. All paired with a subtle sweet and sour undertone from its tangy tamarind and dark muscovado sugar.
This Brinjal Pickle makes an amazing accompaniment to any curry, poppadoms or flatbread but is also equally at home over burgers or in a cheeze sarnie.
A taste so good that you’ll soon take any excuse to polish off the jar!
