The South London Sauce Company was born out of necessity by me, Bibes. Having spent years on the road with bands in live music, I didn’t get that much time in the kitchen. Fast forward to the lockdown of 2020 and being forced off the road for the foreseeable future, I decided to create some hot sauces to go with some of my food I was making. Without an income or any support for the thousands of people like me who work in live music and events, why not make some banging hot sauces and load the flight cases with sauce instead!

Every bottle has been cooked, bottled and stickered at home by me (with a little help from the legends around me). I hope you enjoy these as much as I do. Tidy.
