The lady is a twist on the original gravy recipe with the addition of freshly squeezed oranges, roasted English Conference pears and delicious fresh mango. The rest of the ingredients remain largely unaltered so you still get the versatility and long, slow burn of the OG Gravy, but with a sweeter profile and just a touch less tang. We recommend the Lady in cold wraps or as a sizzling prawn marinade. One important feature of Satan’s Lady is that the amount of fresh fruit involved makes it ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE to produce. If you see it in stock, we’d recommend grabbing it while you can ‘cause there’s never that much of it going around!
