Our range of four deliciously natural hot sauces were originally developed for our local Mexican street food restaurants and food truck-giving our “Bonnie Burritos” a spicy and flavoursome edge.

Our aim was to create a range of hot sauces that every customer, whether a lover of insane spice or of fruity flavours, could try and enjoy. To make sure we have a sauce for everyone, our sauces individually represent a primary taste-sweet, smoky, sour and just downright delicious!

Immediately, the sauces gained huge popularity with our customers. Prior to bottling our sauces we would regularly have customers asking us to sell them. Eventually, we gave in to the overwhelming demand from our loyal following and decided to make the sauces in much bigger batches, bottling them and selling them.

We set about making our fist few batches in a kitchen in the heart of Edinburgh that we used to start our first food truck-taking us right back to our roots!

We prided ourselves on using the freshest ingredients and chillies of the highest quality by hand picking them.

Since then we’ve increased production exponentially, away from our restaurants in Edinburgh and down to a factory in the beautiful Lake District.
