Shipping options are only available in the UK, provided by our suppliers and automatically applied during checkout.

Shipping costs stack if you’re purchasing from more than one supplier. You’ll see the total value of all shipping methods applied to the basket and breakdown of shipping options from each supplier. To remove a shipping cost, remove the associated product/s.

Orders/Products are dispatched directly from the supplier which allows us to provide our products at the same great price (including shipping) as if purchasing direct from the supplier. If purchasing items from multiple suppliers you’ll receive separate packages for your order.

Shipping options vary depending on a number factors, such as total spend, number or products, weight. In most cases shipping is more cost effective if you purchase multiple products from each supplier, rather than 1 off products.

Our suppliers offer different shipping options. To see which offer free shipping, visit the Supplier’s page to see what shipping options they have and their requirements.

For example Big Dick’s Hot Sauce are currently offering free shipping if you spend over £20 on their products and Bonnie Sauce Co. for over £15.

Shipping options will change over time as we add new suppliers / products to our store.

Once you’ve made your first purchase and registered for an account you can refer as many people as you like to Hot Sauce Heroes. As a thank you, we’ll give you and your friends/family 10% off your next purchase and their first order.

To start referring follow the steps below:

In the menu click Profile.
If you’re not signed in click Log In, then go back to the menu and click Profile.
If you’re not registered click Register and go through the registration process, then click Profile in the menu.

Once you’re on your profile page click the Home tab.

From there you can either copy Your Coupon Code To Share, share via Facebook / Twitter, or the easiest option is to send an email direct to who you want to refer, by entering their Email address and Name.

They’ll receive an email with a link to our shop which will automatically apply your referral code, giving them 10% off their basket. Let them know you’ve sent an email from our site as sometimes it goes into junk and we wouldn’t want them to miss out!

Once they make their first purchase you’ll get an email with your unique code for 10% off your next order. Please note, code’s are only valid for 30 days from the date of referring.

We’ll prioritise your message and speak to the supplier directly to request an order cancellation.

We have a 14 day refund policy if you’re not happy with your order.

If you wish to return an item please email info@hotsauceheroes.co.uk with the following details:

• Reason for the return request
• Pictures (if relevant to the return reason)

We aim to get back to you within 5 working days with the next steps of processing your return.

Please note that unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer and products must be sealed and in their original packaging (eg. you’ve changed your mind)

If there’s an issue with the product or an error has been made by us, we will cover return costs (eg. wrong product has been sent)

Once your return has been received by us, we will refund your original payment method within 14 days.
